If you enjoy the medical field and you like working with infants and families as well as working with your hands, Cranial Technologies may be the right place for you. Cranial Technologies manufactures the DOC Band®, a customized medical device that reshapes babies’ heads. You would be an important part of a team that changes babies’ lives by reshaping their heads.

As a Clinical Assistant with Cranial Technologies you will:
• Work as an assistant to our physical and occupational therapists and have direct patient contact
• Learn to make growth adjustments to the DOC Band
• Assist the clinician in the DSI (3D image of the infant's head used to create the band)
• Take before and after photographs of the patients
• Be responsible for patient flows

This job will be a great fit for an individual who likes multi-tasking, staying organized, and has a knack for making patients feel special.

Given the high level of patient contact and how important our patients are to us, we require an individual with exceptional professional communication skills and a love of customer service. We take pride in the care we give to our patients and their families.

Requirements:
• 2 years previous medical assistant experience required, preferably in pediatrics
• Must work as a team member and be able to communicate professionally and effectively
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality
• Professional appearance and demeanor required
• Ability to manage details and multiple projects
• Ability to work 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
