We are currently looking for a unique medical/pharma sales rep who can help us grow a unique company. What makes this job different?
Our Clinical Reps tell us they enjoy working a territory without competing against multiple reps. Instead, they have the backing of a supportive clinical and administrative team. They also like that their job is more educational than doling out samples all day.
Our Clinical Rep team is comprised of a group of solid sales and educational professionals who have a strong work ethic, a strong desire to help build a territory and a strong desire to work for a company that is committed to making a big difference in children’s lives.
So, who are we and what makes us so unique? Cranial Technologies manufacturers the DOC Band® – a customized medical device that reshapes babies’ heads. Not only do we make the Band (we even invented it!), we have centers around the country to treat the babies who need our product.

Requirements:
Here are some details of what we’re looking for in our Clinical Sales Reps to help you determine if Cranial Technologies is the place for you:
. Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
. Proven sales representative experience developing strong referral relationships and managing a territory for at least 3 years. (Medical device or pharmaceutical sales required, pediatrics preferred.)
. Strong initiative and drive to build a territory
. Knowledge and experience utilizing sales data to create call planning and routing schedules in order to effectively work a new territory
