POSITIONS AT CRANIALTECH

In order to offer the highest quality care and service to the children we treat, CranialTech is always looking for exemplary team members to join the company. Learn more about our positions below.

At Our Treatment Centers

Clinical Assistants
Our clinical assistants take before and after photos of the patients, make growth adjustments to the DOC Band, assist with DSi (3D image of the infant's head used to create the band) and work as an assistant to our physical and occupational therapists.

Clinical Sales Representative
As the leader in plagiocephaly treatment, medical professionals look to us for continued education and treatment information. Our team of Clinical Representatives are focused on providing education to medical professionals through in-services, Grand Rounds, association presentations and office visits.

Clinicians
Our clinicians treat infants from 2-24 months of age with abnormal headshapes. Most of our clinicians are Physical or Occupational Therapists.

Front Office Coordinator
Focusing on customer service, our Front Office Coordinators are the first point of contact for our patients. Varied responsibilities include document control, reception, scheduling and making every CranialTech patient feel truly special.

Managing Clinicians
While still seeing the patients they care about, our managing clinicians also oversee a staff of 3 to 8 employees with light administrative duties.

Patient Liaison
The main responsibility of the Patient Liaison is to coordinate getting the child into care. This requires a great deal of communication with the family, the pediatrician’s office and our insurance authorization office. You are involved from the first day the patient is referred to insure the patient can begin treatment as early as possible.

At Our Corporate Headquarters

Manufacturing Technician
By incorporating state of the art technology and craftsmanship, CranialTech creates bands to correct abnormal head shapes in babies. In order to fabricate a high-quality, custom-made product our technicians are highly skilled craftspeople that never lose sight of the fact, each DOC Band® is going on someone's baby.
