Clinical Staff

Cranial Technologies Centers are staffed with Physical or Occupational Therapists with expertise in the total care of the infant. All CTI Clinicians have a strong medical background. Before they are allowed to treat patients, they are required to spend four weeks in intense training. Clinicians also attend twice-yearly continuing education at our Arizona headquarters. Our clinicians must pass a written and practical test before independently treating infants. This ensures that every child receives the same level of care and the same outcome.

At each visit, the clinician will evaluate the child's head shape and make adjustments to the DOC Band as necessary. Over the course of your baby's treatment, you will get to know the therapists well.

Patient Coordinators will begin working with you as soon as you get a prescription. They will collect the information your insurance company needs to expedite the insurance process; they will schedule your appointment, and work with you throughout treatment on insurance and scheduling needs.
