What is the difference between CTI owned and licensed centers?

The DOC Band is provided by two different methods: (a) Cranial Technologies Centers, and (b) Licensed Centers. Since Licensed Centers are not owned by Cranial Technologies, you may find different business policies, including price of the band, etc. However, treatment protocols are the same in all DOC Band Centers.

Every DOC Band is fabricated, following quality guidelines, at our headquarters in Arizona. Every clinician has trained with us and passed written and practical exams for treating plagiocephaly with the DOC Band. Additionally, each Center is audited annually to evaluate the level of treatment being provided. Yearly continuing education is required for clinicians in both licensed and CTI owned centers.
