It takes a lot of work to put the Calendar together, but the most difficult part by far is choosing among so many adorable babies. Our selection committee does the best they can to include as many children as possible, but with only 12 months in a year, you can imagine how difficult the selection process is. Below you will find the submission guidelines. We look forward to seeing your baby!
2012 Calendar Contest
- Eligible babies are/were in DOC Band treatment at a CranialTech clinic or licensed center from July 2010 – June 2011.
- Photos must be received by June 30, 2011.
- Submitted photos cannot be returned.
- To keep a seasonal theme for each month in our calendar, we encourage winter and holiday photos (Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Halloween, etc.).
To submit digital photos:
- Please do not e-mail photos to us.
- Please submit prints AND a photo CD.
- No camera phone or blurry photos will be accepted.
- All digital files must be a resolution of four megapixels or higher (300 dpi at 5x8).
- Photos from cameras that use traditional film are still being accepted, and if possible, should include a photo CD.
- Using an adhesive note (do not write on photo), include the following information on the back of the photo:
- Baby’s name
- Clinic location
- Parent’s name, address, phone number and e-mail address
- We reserve the right to eliminate photos that do not meet the criteria above.
To submit printed photos:
- Take your photos into your local DOC Band clinic or
- Mail them to:
