Cranial Technologies has always dedicated itself to giving parents and infants a different kind of medical experience, as well as creating a culture where employees enjoy coming to work. It is important to us to provide the highest level of care and customer service to each infant (not so common in today's medical practices). The only way to do that is to hire the most uncommon people! Uncommon in that they have a passion for the work they do, a great attitude and an interest in learning. The best part of working at CranialTech is you'll play a part in Reshaping Children's Lives® as you enrich your own. We have a lot of different ways for you to play a part.
Jeanne Pomatto-Hertz, CEO of CranialTech, invented the DOC Band® in 1987 as an alternative to surgery for infants with plagiocephaly. To date, the company has treated over 55,000 children. The DOC Band was the first cranial remodeling orthosis to receive FDA clearance and it's the only device with clinical studies demonstrating safety and effectiveness. It was also the first device cleared for post-operative use by the FDA.
It is hard in today's world to find a company that is interested in more than their bottom line. We are a company that cares about the kids and families we treat and the people who take part in providing that care. If our company sounds like it might be a fit for you, we encourage you to explore this site more.
