You will find us inside the UI Health Cleft-Craniofacial Center at 811 S Paulina St Bldg 940 Room 165, Chicago, IL 60612. We are located on Paulina St between Polk St and Taylor St. There is paid street parking in the lot directly across from our building on Paulina St with the guest entrance is closest to Polk St. There is also a parking structure directly south of our building closest to Taylor St. Enter the building through the main entrance at the center of the building facing Paulina. You must buzz in through the first two doors. Once inside stop at the reception desk to check in for Cranial Technologies. They will page a member of our staff to greet you.
