Is DOC Band 3D replacing the DOC Band?
Not at all. Both the DOC Band and DOC Band 3D follow the same clinical treatment principles when it comes to the power inside. Our clinical team will determine which option is most appropriate based on each baby’s specific needs.

How Is DOC Band 3D Different?
DOC Band 3D has a different outer shell that is manufactured using proprietary 3D printing technology.

Is It Covered by Insurance?
Insurance coverage depends on your specific plan and medical criteria, not solely on the type of band used. Our experienced insurance team works closely with families to review benefits, explain coverage, and help guide you through the approval process. We’ll discuss all financial details with you before treatment begins.

Is DOC Band 3D Safe?
Yes. DOC Band® 3D is made from medical-grade materials and is designed specifically for infants. It is provided through the same established clinical protocols we’ve used for years, including careful evaluation, precise fitting, and follow-up visits.

No Limits When it
Comes to Asymmetry

"The 3D DOC Band is super easy to use, and it effectively reshaped my sons moderate/severe plagiocephaly head. Since we were proactive and got his helmet during 6 months of age, treatment was quick and he only needed the helmet for just around 3 months! His head looks marvelous, his ears are more in line, his jaw is sitting on his face properly."
